Workshops — Learn and Teach at Scale

If you have knowledge worth sharing with more than one person at a time — a workshop is the most powerful way to do it on The Creator Town. Host a paid masterclass, a free learning session, or an open brainstorming room.

Two Types of Group Sessions

Workshops

Paid or free educational sessions led by a creator. Workshops have a defined topic, a set duration, a participant limit, and a scheduled date and time. Creators set the price, structure the content, and decide how many seats are available.

Brainstorming Sessions

Always free. Always open. Brainstorming sessions are collaborative spaces where a group can think, ideate, and problem-solve together. They auto-complete after the set duration — no manual action needed from the creator.

What Creators Can Do

Set a topic, description, and the benefits attendees will gain

Choose a category that matches their expertise

Set participant limits — intimate groups or large cohorts

Schedule the session for any future date and time

Price it as they see fit — or make it free

Add supporting links — reference materials, tools, or preparation resources

Use any major meeting platform: Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, or Jitsi

How Booking Works

Participants browse available workshops by category and time. When they find one they want to join:

Free Workshops

Booking is confirmed instantly with the join link shared immediately.

Paid Workshops

Booking is initiated and the join link is shared automatically once payment is completed.

No manual link sharing. No chasing participants for payment. The platform handles the logistics.

For Attendees

Browse upcoming workshops across any category

Book a seat before it fills up

Cancel before the session starts if plans change

Join with confidence — the link arrives only after payment is confirmed

Creator Accountability

For paid workshops, attendees complete payment before receiving the join link.

Creators are fully accountable for every workshop they host. The platform empowers participants to report issues — and a creator's standing on the platform reflects exactly how they show up. Reputation here is earned over time and reflects every interaction. Creators who take that seriously thrive. Those who don't, don't.
