Whoever you need is probably already here. Discovery exists to make sure you actually find them, however you like to search, whether you know exactly who you are after or you only know what you need.
Start DiscoveringSearch with precision using a genuinely useful set of filters, including field, expertise, language, location and a good deal more. You decide how broad or how narrow the search is, and you can change your mind as often as you like.
Not sure what to search for? Describe what you need in your own words. Type it the way you would say it out loud, without stopping to hunt for the perfect phrase, and the right people come back.
You should not have to go looking every single day, so platform intellect does some of the looking for you. Every day it brings you a fresh set of people who genuinely line up with what you need at the moment. The more you take part on your own terms, the better those suggestions get.
Popularity on its own tells you very little. What tells you more is who the people in your own field pay attention to, and that is also something Discovery considers when it puts someone in front of you. The result is a recommendation you can act on rather than a leaderboard of whoever shouted loudest.
Discovery here is something you opt into, not something you have to escape. Your visibility is always yours to set, and you can change it whenever you want.
You choose whether you appear in search results and recommendations. Turn it off and you simply will not be surfaced, though people who already know you can still find you and visit your profile directly. A good choice if you are still in your learning phase, or if you are here mainly for things other than 1:1 sessions.
Your location is only ever used to find you nearby if you have explicitly switched that on. It never happens quietly in the background.
Every skill belongs here. Free to start, and always on your own terms.
